Kverneriet is a chef-driven restaurant group built on quality, creativity, and pride in the craft.

For more than 12 years, we’ve focused on one thing: serving food people genuinely remember. Our guest ratings average 4.5 out of 5, and that comes down to the people behind the pass.

Now we’re looking for full-time chefs to join the team at Kverneriet Solli Plass.

This is not a punch-in, punch-out kitchen. It is a place for people who care about doing things properly, enjoy the tempo of service, and want to keep improving.

If you want to work in a kitchen with real standards, real teamwork, and real cooking from scratch, we’d like to hear from you.

 

What you’ll do

  • Cook from scratch every day. Sauces, garnishes, and core components are made in-house.
  • Work across sections during service with focus, pace, and consistency.
  • Help maintain high standards for taste, prep, cleanliness, and execution.
  • Keep developing your craft through feedback, tastings, and collaboration.
  • Contribute to a kitchen culture built on teamwork, communication, and pride.

 

Who you are

  • You have experience from a busy, quality-driven kitchen.
  • You care about food, details, and doing things properly.
  • You handle pressure well and enjoy the rhythm of service.
  • You speak English or a Scandinavian language.
  • You are reliable, proactive, and a good teammate.
