• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen

• Collaborating closely with the front-of-house team to deliver a seamless guest experience

• Contributing to menu development and bringing fresh ideas to the table• Managing prep and mise en place efficiently during busy shifts
