Job description:
– Produce food according to order
– Hold quality and standards
– Have a good control over produce and food waste
– Follow-up of internal control systems
– Contribute to a good working environment and cooperation with colleagues in the kitchen and with various departments
– Take part of stock-counts
We want you to have:
– You have at least 6 years of experience in the culinary profession
– Creative and «out of the box» thinking
– Good communication skills
– Are flexible, accurate and self-driven
– Demonstrate honesty and integrity in everything you do.
– Possess strong communication skills in English, a Scandinavian language is also an advantage
