Egon Lillestrøm is looking for a dedicated and skilled cook to join our kitchen team in a full-time, permanent position.

At Egon, we are passionate about delivering high-quality food and great guest experiences in a fast-paced and professional environment. We are now looking for someone who enjoys working in a structured kitchen, takes pride in their craft, and contributes positively to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to Egon’s recipes and standards
• Ensure high quality, consistency, and presentation of all food
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen (HACCP / food safety)
• Contribute to efficient service during busy periods
• Collaborate closely with colleagues in both kitchen and front-of-house
• Assist with prep work, ordering routines, and stock control

Qualifications:

• Experience working as a cook, preferably in à la carte or high-volume kitchens
• Good understanding of kitchen routines and food safety standards
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• English language skills required (Scandinavian language is a plus, but not mandatory)
